- Then under Donate to a Nonprofit click on Search Nonprofits and type in Friends of West Slope Library
- Click on “Learn more about Friends of West Slope Library”

Annual Tulip Sale
Every spring for over 20 years, the Friends have sponsored a Tulip Sale at the library! While the Tulip Sale was cancelled in 2020 due to COVID19, we have high hopes that we will be able to resume the sale in 2021. The beautiful tulips are from the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm and Vineyard located in Woodburn. The sale is usually either late March or early April. You can support the tulip sale by buying tulips or volunteering to sell tulips. (If you are interested in selling tulips, please email us at friendsofwsl@gmail.com). Friends members are notified by postcard ahead of time of the date – another great reason to become a member of the Friends!
Book Sale
Our Used Book Sale has been going for more than 20 years and is our biggest fundraiser! The books, DVDs and CDs we sell are donated to the library by the community. You will find we have an eclectic mix of current, popular books along with well-loved classics, as well as unusual, rare and sometimes valuable items. Inventory turns over quickly so look often! You won’t find a better bargain anywhere plus all proceeds from the sale are used to pay for books, programs and other library needs for West Slope Library.
Donations of books and other media are gladly accepted and are tax deductible. We appreciate good quality books of fiction, history, politics, biography, cooking, health, religion, arts, craft, business, travel and many others.
